Welcome to the new Earnhardt Grading Safety Building. This 4,000 square foot building is dedicated to our ongoing commitment of enhancing our employees education, skills, and overall well-being.
This space was designed so that during bad weather days, our entire workforce can stop by and refine their skills to improve jobsite safety and maximize production levels.
We are excited for the many team workshops, virtual training's, and hands-on dynamic learning that will play a role in taking our employees to the next level.
Our people are our biggest investment and our goal is to make them more valuable and as safe as possible.
